Developing an Undue Influence Screening Tool for Adult Protective Services project supported by the Borchard Foundation Center on Law and Aging and administered by the California Elder Justice Coalition. Conducted focus groups, authored literature review, and assisted in tool design. (2015-2016).
U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center. Provide on-site technical assistance in coalition-building to state and local coalitions and Indian tribes. Huguette Clark Family Fund for Protection of Elders, a donor-advised fund of the New York Community Foundation. Advises the fund’s leadership about critical issues in financial abuse prevention, unmet needs, and promising practices. Assists in proposal solicitation, review, and project monitoring. San Francisco Superior Court on Improving Access to the San Francisco Superior Court (Probate and Unified Family Courts) for Elders, and Undue Influence: Definitions and Applications projects. National Indian Council on Aging on multiyear project to assess the needs of abused elders in Indian Country that included facilitating focus groups and authoring a literature review and final report. National Committee for the Prevention of Elder Abuse’s affiliate program. Organized training and planning sessions, provided consultation and produced a newsletter. Authored technical assistance manuals under contracts to the National Committee for the Prevention of Elder Abuse and the National Center on Elder Abuse. Topics Included:
